About US: Results - A Fitness & Training Studio for Women in Nashua, NH, is owned and operated by Christina Linnehan. Christina has been a part of the fitness industry for 10+ years and brings a high level of training expertise to you the client. She and her trainers will keep your workouts challenging, results oriented, and continually dynamic; the necessary components for your successful journey to being stronger, fitter, & healthier. You will work in small groups of no more than 4 persons or you can opt to have personal training alone or with a friend, sibling, husband (yes, we do allow men but only for personal training sessions not group training).
Conveniently located on Main Street in Nashua, NH, Results Fitness Studio is easily accessible from the surrounding Southern New Hampshire towns. In addition to Nashua, many of our clients come from Merrimack, Hollis, Amherst, and Bedford.
We will ask you to be committed to your goals; coachable by our staff; consistent with your workouts; & together we will achieve your weight loss and fitness goals - you will get RESULTS!

Christina Linnehan, Owner and Trainer at Results Fitness, has more than 14 years of experience in the fitness industry. She designs each exercise with safety as a top focus, and modifies them to accommodate each client's fitness level and strength.
